Standard Orders: All orders for "Ready to Ship" jewellery are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Made-to-Order: For custom or bespoke pieces, please allow up to 2 weeks for production before shipping.

Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 10pm on Fridays or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping for a rate based off of location (fees will be calculated accordingly).

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery is usually 5 to 7 business days after processing, though these are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
3. International Shipping

Availability: We ship to most international locations. Shipping costs and delivery windows will be calculated at checkout.

Duties & Taxes: Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their destination country.
4. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

Signature Requirement: For security, high-value jewellery orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items: While we take great care in packaging, our liability ends once the package is handed to the carrier. We recommend selecting a shipping option with insurance for high-value items.
