1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To qualify for a refund, please ensure:

The item is unworn, in its original condition, and in the original Lumina Jewellery packaging.

Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.

Custom Pieces: Personalised or engraved items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
3. How to Process a Return

Contact Us: Email with your order number and reason for return.

Postage: Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

Tracking: We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
